Meet the Author, Jim Cordes

Jim Cordes is a life-long Minnesota resident living now in Lake Superior's highlands, high above the lake.

Jim is the author of several county and local histories, one of his most recent books is "Our Wounded Wilderness" the story of Minnesota's "Storm of the Century" the BWCA blow down. 

Many books have been written about the shore, but here, Jim puts it all together with emphasis on little known facts about this fine area.
